Why we chose one channel
Fewer channels, more attention
We're a small team, and every order matters enough to answer personally. Rather than splitting attention across forms, emails, and inboxes we might miss, we kept it to WhatsApp — the way most of our customers already prefer to reach us anyway.
It also means we never need to store your details on a server just to say hello. You message us, we reply, and that conversation stays exactly where it started — on your phone.
